B.A.D.I.U Photo Every Day #049

Right outside Tottenham Court Road, one of the busiest streets and tube stations in London, sits a food stall selling roasted nuts. Thousands of people walk past every day and night, but only 3 are in the shot. They all have a different story. One waits for a friend before heading to the theatre, a bar, a restaurant. One walks back to the station after visiting the city or being at work. This photo could be taken 1000 times over an hour and you would see different people every time, but only one person would remain the same. Somehow this photo seems to capture a sense of calm amongst the chaos. Everything is still and paused for that one moment, before the chaos resumes.
