1Who this covers
This page covers the Statto website: the marketplace, stats, search and your Account pages. It doesn't cover your wallet app, the Algorand blockchain, or other sites we link to; they have their own policies.
2No accounts, no sign-up
There is nothing to sign up for. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and there are no passwords. You can browse every page without connecting anything.
3Connecting a wallet
To buy, sell or make offers you connect an Algorand wallet (Pera, Defly or Lute). The site only learns your wallet's public address. Your recovery phrase and keys stay in your wallet app: every transaction is built in your browser and approved by you in the wallet. We can't move anything without your approval.
Wallet addresses are public. Anyone can look up an address's NFTs, sales and offers on Algorand, on Statto or anywhere else. Pages like My NFTs and wallet profiles show that public data.
4What we keep in your browser
These are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your wallet connection | Which wallet app you connected and its public address, so you stay connected when you come back. Set by the wallet connector (use-wallet). No keys or recovery phrase, ever. |
| Recent searches | The last 6 things you searched for, so the search box can offer them again. Clear them from the search box. |
| Light or dark mode | The theme you picked. |
| View choices | Pictures or list, and how My NFTs is laid out. |
| “Seen” markers | When you last looked at offers, wins and other Inbox items for a wallet, so the red counts only show what’s new. |
| Shuffle drafts | The name you typed for a Shuffle you’re setting up, so it survives a reload. |
5What our database holds
Statto keeps a copy of public Algorand data so pages load fast: collections, NFTs, listings, sales, auctions, raffles, Shuffles and offers, along with the wallet addresses involved. All of it is already public on the blockchain. Visiting the site doesn't add anything about you to it.
Some offers are signed in your wallet and kept by us until a seller accepts them or you cancel. That record holds the NFT or collection, the price and your address, which are all public once the offer is filled.
6Things you choose to send us
Creator studio. If you set up a collection, we store what you enter (name, description, links such as X or Discord, royalty) and show it publicly on the collection page.
Minting. Pictures and details you mint are uploaded to IPFS through Pinata. IPFS is public and permanent: anyone can fetch them, and they can't be deleted once others have copies.
7Other services your browser talks to
To show live data, your browser contacts these services directly. Like any website, they see your IP address.
| Service | What it sees |
|---|---|
| Algorand nodes and indexeralgonode.cloud | Wallet addresses and transactions your browser looks up or sends, and your IP address. |
| Your wallet appPera, Defly or Lute (Pera and Defly connect through WalletConnect) | Transactions you’re asked to approve. Their own privacy policies apply. |
| NFDnf.domains | Addresses we show .algo names for. |
| IPFS gatewaysAlgonode, Pinata, ipfs.io | Which NFT pictures your browser loads, and your IP address. |
| SupabaseStatto’s database host | The pages’ data requests (collections, NFTs, wallet addresses you view), and your IP address. |
| Our web host | Standard server logs: pages requested, IP address, browser type. Kept by the host for running and securing the site. |
Fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.
8Cookies, analytics and ads
Statto sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and shows no ads. Your wallet connector may keep its own session data in your browser so it can reconnect.
9Your rights
Under data protection law (including the UK GDPR) you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We hold very little: anything you entered in Creator studio. On-chain data and IPFS uploads are public and permanent, so we can't erase them from the blockchain or IPFS, but we can stop showing details you gave us.
10Changes
If what the site stores changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
