AlgoGod #267 Serpent Collar

This was the first piece I drew after I had just gone to the shops and invested in pens that were real thin. I had pens down to 0.03mm thick which helped me get all the crazy details from it. I always have loved making serpents because its my two favourite things to draw, an epic face and patterns like scales. I turned this piece into a story about a girl putting a collar on the serpent and it changes it from a monster to a companion, especially with the dog knowing it's no threat. There are still blue marks around the nose from the blue pencil I used to plan this piece. I would've rubbed it off but I didn't realise it was there when I scanned it years ago and I want to leave it on now.
